Just because white tops are basic doesn’t mean they’re boring. Today’s subject? A classic winter-to-spring transition lightweight layer;  the tried and true trench coat. It is one of the most enduring wardrobe staples that have ever been invented. You can wear it buttoned all the way up as a dress or casually open with your fav jeans. I paired mine with wide-leg culottes and a basic white shirt for a casual spring stroll. To make your outfit even more au courant swap out your skinnies for a slip dress and sneakers.
