Mixing and matching basic pieces can create unexpectedly unique ensemble while also guaranteeing cohesion. So, when making new purchases, I look for basic-key pieces that will never go out of style and will be recycled over and over again.  And so I bought these black trousers with a black fabric tie at the waist which is already one of my favourite staples.

I styled my black tapered leg trousers with a white plain v long sleeved top and my shoe of the moment the old-skool black n’ white vans to keep the look casual yet dressy.

Dressing down one of my fav wardrobe essentials. The white belted blazer.  I love the feeling when I make good use of the pieces I already own especially this one. So, this time, I opted for a clean and simple ensemble wearing my white belted blazer as a shirt with my go-to skinny jeans and black booties. I accessorized the look including metallic aspects.
